We do not work with a call centre. Every conversation happens on WhatsApp, directly with the maison team, in Portuguese, English or Spanish.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (BRT). We reply outside these hours whenever possible.

A unique piece, designed in direct conversation with the atelier and built on your measurements. Four to eight weeks of production, never repeated, numbered and recorded.
