Returns
Every Fio e Areia piece is made by hand, individually, after your order. Because of this artisanal nature, our sales are final — we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Manufacturing defect
Should your piece present any manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt, with photos of the detail. Replacement or repair is carried out by the Atelier at no cost, with priority in the production queue.
Made-to-measure pieces (THÉRA)
Fit adjustments are part of the process and are arranged directly with the Atelier during the creation.
Right of withdrawal (purchases within Brazil)
In accordance with article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, online purchases may be cancelled within 7 calendar days of receipt, with full refund, provided the piece is unworn, odour-free, with intact finishings and in perfect condition. As each piece is produced individually for you, we ask that you speak with us first — in most cases, we find a better solution together.
International orders
For orders shipped outside Brazil, the same manufacturing-defect conditions apply. International return shipping costs, when applicable, are arranged case by case with our team.
