Most of our pieces are built in one size with excellent adaptation, thanks to the natural elasticity of the handmade weave. Each look page carries its specific measurements. In doubt, the Private Appointment guides you before purchase — that is what we are here for.

Each piece is made by hand after the order, in 10 to 15 business days. Shipping time begins after that. You receive updates throughout the process.

Yes. We ship internationally via express courier with tracking. Import duties in the destination country, when applicable, are the client's responsibility.

Handmade made-to-order pieces are final sale. Manufacturing defects are replaced within 7 days of receipt — simply contact us with photos. Made-to-measure pieces (THÉRA) include adjustments as agreed during the process.

Hand wash with neutral soap, do not wring, dry flat in the shade. Pieces with metallic appliqués or crystals should be stored folded, never hung. Each look carries specific guidance on its page.

You start a conversation with the Atelier, and together we define the creation, the measurements and the timeline. Production begins after confirmation of 50% of the value; the remainder before shipping.
